The Egyptian Tourism Federation and its affiliated chambers, in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, seek to develop the efficiency, skill, and capacity building of the human element manpower. This is the most important pivot of the structural reform plan for the tourism sector.

In an attempt to keep pace with the technological elevation and digital transformation adopted by the whole world nowadays, an electronic training portal was created to keep up with such global advancement, and all tourism chambers were surveyed about the content and the final interface, thus, a successful trial was launched in December 2022.

The Training Portal was designed using modern and advanced technology to administer an interactive learning environment, ensuring that the trainee acquires the necessary updated knowledge and required skills according to the latest developments in the tourism industry.

ETF’s vision is to continue developing training programs and updated methods of implementation to maximize capacity building. Hence, we will continue to strive to cater to unparalleled education and training programs to enhance awareness, in addition, to qualifying a new competitive generation of youth capable of boosting Egypt’s Tourism Image.
